""CALCUTTA, India – Nobody knows who, but someone with an excessive flair for robots has released a number of multi-colored small humanoid bots of their own invention into a number of Bazaars across the city.
The robots appeared Tuesday morning, and are assumed to have been released the previous evening.
Shoppers were stunned, when they became aware of the small robots walking around. Shopkeepers became frustrated with the distressing effects the robots were having on their customers.
“For some of my customers to be running away from my store,” said snake emporium owner Kristoff Muhammad, “makes me very angry.”
Muhammad tried to physically remove a robot from the premises after it refused to respond to verbal commands, and was electrically shocked by it. He was carried by his grandfather to the local hospital, where he received treatment for third degree burns around the shocked skin.
Five hours after the robots were first noticed, animal control managed to net the robots and transport them to a lab for testing and investigation of who could have released them.
“I’ve never seen so many little robots like there were,” shopper Bushra Sadhiakhra said, “I feared for my little son, Aanand.”
As of right now, there has been no word from the authorities on the source of the robots.""
